What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin to arrive at 5pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15pm. Doors will be closed for entry once the ceremony begins.

Is there parking at the venue?

Vin Rouge shares parking with Moe’s BBQ next door - feel free to utilize parking at either establishment! We also recommend carpooling if you’re traveling with family or friends or potentially getting a lyft/uber.

Where should I sit?

Answer

For the ceremony, please choose a seat wherever you’d like! Some rows may be reserved for immediate family. For dinner seating, please find your ‘escort card’ with your name and table number inside the Yellow Room during the cocktail hour. A place card with each guest’s name will be set at the assigned table.

Festive! We encourage you to dress up and feel your best for the special occasion! Please, no jeans or white.
