Punto (at MARTE Museum of Art)
International (sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, pastas, meat and fish). Located at the MARTE Art Museum. Very consistent quality, one of our favorites for a long time. Try the focaccia and the carpaccios. And after lunch drop by the museum, it is worth a visit!
La Gastroteca Restaurante - El Salvador
Probably the best restaurant in San Salvador. Continental cuisine with a modern flare. Risottos and pastas, meats, fish. The menu is not huge, but it is excellent... Try something from the board of weekly specials, they are always outstanding! Reservations required, since it is a very small restaurant.
Merkato
Great restaurant with a varied menu and fresh ingredients. Awesome ambiance with outdoor seating. A very nice place to go for dinner or drinks.
El Mestizo - Mercado Gastronómico (Plaza Futura)
Gastro Market featuring a number of restaurants from a variety of cuisines, and conveniently located a few steps from the hotel! Take the walkway to Plaza Futura from the hotel lobby (a two minute walk). Not sure what you want to eat? We recommend Cocina Central (gourmet Salvadoran), or Panka (Peruvian).

Amazing Italian food with a great gin bar.

A great place to go for the food or for drinks. The food is excellent (risotto, steak, shrimp) and you can share some plates for the table or order individually. Super fun bar with a great vibe!

Soups, salads, sandwiches, brunch in informal setting. Outdoor seating. Good brunch option for Saturday morning.

Micro brewery with a cool bar setting and food service.

Tapas (small plates to share). A bit of everything, uses a lot of Salvadoran ingredients.
