The wedding is held in this town but still so beautiful to check out. There are museums, many cute restaurants along the water, paragliding, etc. The town of Spiez is also very close. Fun fact, Speiz has a winery where our favourite white wine comes from!
We highly recommend checking these caves out! It is about a 23 minute drive from Thun along the beautiful Thunersee!
One of our favourite museums of all time is here: The Cailler chocolate factory. Close by is the Château de Gruyères (the Castle of Gruyères).
A beautiful mountain town. Last summer we did the First mountain cart and Trottibike. There is also paragliding (weather permitting). Here is the website for more information: https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/grindelwaldfirst/first-mountain-cart/ If staying in Thun or Bern you can easily get to Grindelwald via car or train. There are many hikes to do in this region and can easily be looked up using AllTrails.
