Question

When should I RSVP by and how do I RSVP?

Answer

You will RSVP right here on this site! Enter in your name and all guests in your party will pop up. We ask that all RSVP responses be made by June 22nd to allow us and our vendors to plan accordingly.

What do I wear?

Answer

We'd love to dress up with you! Our wedding dress code is Garden Cocktail Attire. Please be mindful when selecting your shoes, most of the day and night will take place on grass. Lastly, upstate New York can get chilly at night, even in the summer, so please bring a layer if you run cold.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:15pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:45pm-5:00pm so you can find your seat and settle in.

How do I get to the North Branch Inn?

Answer

On Saturday, we have a shuttle service that will pick up from both the Red Rose and Roscoe Motels before the Ceremony and drop off after the Reception / After Party. See the shuttle page for pickup times. There are also two parking lots on site for the Welcome Dinner parking on Friday night or on Saturday if you drive yourself! Please do not park along the road.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitations can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

What happens if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please fill out any dietary specifications on your RSVP, and we'll discuss with our caterer to accommodate. We've opted for an animal-friendly, vegetarian menu, so no need to worry if you're vegetarian! (except for the caesar salad but shhhhhhhhh)

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will take place across North Branch Inn's outside spaces. At 10:00pm, we'll take the party inside the Main Inn. Please dress for a lovely night under the upstate NY stars.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We're getting married rain or shine! If it's only a mild drizzle, the ceremony will still be held in the Lower Meadow. Heavier rain will move us to the recently renovated old Bowling Alley.
