We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. If the weather cooperates, the cocktail hour will be outdoors.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before (4:00pm), so everyone will be seated on time.
Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Courtyard by Marriott to Pear Tree at 3:30pm. There shuttle will run back to the Courtyard by Marriott from 9:00-11:00pm.
There will be a shuttle from Courtyard by Marriott to Pear Tree at 3:15 & 3:45pm. They will shuttle people back to the hotel from 9:00 - 11:00pm. Please keep in mind this is a 26 person trolley. There will be a shuttle from Comfort Suites to Pear Tree at 3:00 & 3:30pm. They will shuttle people back to the hotel at 10:15 & 11:00pm. Please keep in mind this is an 11 person van.
