Are kids invited

Answer

We love your kids--we really do. But we want our wedding to not only be a time to celebrate, we want it to be your night off !

If you invitation says "and guest" then yes, if not, we would prefer it to be just you.

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal would be the best and we ask that all guest wear Black and White. The ceremony and reception are both going to be outside but in the event of rain we will have an alternative inside space. There are some hills, some steps and there will be a lot of dancing, so bring comfortable shoes

What precautions are being taken in regards to COVID-19?

Answer

We are doing our very best to adhere to the CDC COVID-19 guidelines. To ensure the upmost safety and comfort of all guest, we ask that all guest provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test or proof of vaccination upon arrival. We will also have hostess checking temperatures upon arrival. Along with those preliminary tasks, we ask that throughout the night guest practice safety measures such as handwashing, social distancing and optional face coverings. We want to make sure everyone enjoys themselves the best way we can in times like this.**** PLEASE BE AWARE that failure to bring this information will result in not being able to attend the event.

What time should we arrive ?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. We ask that everyone arrive an hour early in order to go through proper COVID screening and to be seated in a timely manner. All guest should arrive with a mask on to go through screening.

What happens if I forget my COVID documentation?

Answer

You must bring proof of vaccination (hardcopy or photo taken on your mobile device) or a negative COVID-19 test. (the test MUST be a PCR test and must be obtained no sooner than 3 days prior to the event). Failure to provide this information will result in not being allowed in the event.
