May 23rd, 2019 although hotel booking needs to be done by May 7th, 2019

If your invitation explicitly invited children, then yes. If your invitation did not explicitly invite children we are asking you to make arrangements so we can enjoy your adult company.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guest may start to arrive at the church at 4:30pm

What is Semi-Formal/Cocktail?
Answer
This day is very special to us and we would appreciate you dressing the part. Semi-Formal is a Suit for men and a dress or jumpsuit for women. Our wedding is going to be elegant and classy and we want you to join in the beauty surrounding you. Please no jeans, tennis shoes, or ripped pants.
