When should I RSVP by?

August 5, 2022. But sooner than that is always welcome!

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Yes! Anyone that isn't a couple is more than welcome to bring a +1.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our nieces and nephews will be at the wedding, so kids are welcome! That being said, we won't be providing any kid-specific activities.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has on-site parking next door. There will be parking flags to direct you to the designated area. Parking direction to the Martin Lot: Coming from downtown, turn left onto 31st Avenue. 31st Avenue turns into Blakemore Avenue. Passing Ruby, turn right at the light onto 24th Ave S. As you approach Fairfax Avenue, there is an entry into the parking lot of the Martin Professional Center on the right. You can use the sidewalk along 24th Ave to walk back to Ruby, across the city park. Parking direction to the Harris Hillman Lot: Coming from downtown, turn left onto 31st Avenue. 31st Avenue turns into Blakemore Avenue. Before passing Ruby, turn right onto 26th Ave S. (As you approach Harris Hillman School, this is the street right before the school on the right.) Once on 26th Ave S, immediately turn left to enter the parking lot for Harris Hillman School, and you can use the sidewalk along Blakemore Ave to walk to Ruby, right next door.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Holiday Inn provides a shuttle within 2.5 miles of the hotel. We are working with the hotel to provide specific times for people staying at the hotel to catch the shuttle to the venue. Most of the other hotels in the area also provide a shuttle. At the end of the night, we suggest Uber/Lyft!
