What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We welcome you to arrive early for a pre-ceremony drink at 5:00pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm.

Yes please visit the Travel section on the website and see the room block information for both The Archer Hotel and The Westin.

When can I check into the hotel?

Answer

Check in for the hotel is at 3pm. Please call the hotel prior to your arrival if you would like earlier check in to see if your room is ready before 3pm.

What time does the shuttle leave for the venue?

Answer

The shuttles at the Archer Hotel leave at 4:40pm for the Park Savoy. Please be ready in the lobby by 4:30pm.
