Chokecherry Meadows 183 Lower Carters Pond Trail Lewistown, MT 59457 This is a new venue so it can be difficult to find it on Maps. The bride and groom have found it does not appear on Apple Maps but it does display accurately on Google Maps. The venue is not directly in town and is located off of US-191 N, just north of town. From town you will arrive from either US-87 S or 1st Ave North depending on where you are coming from. From there you will turn into US-191 N/1st Ave North and continue for about 5.8 miles. You will turn right on Lower Carter’s Pond Trail. The venue will be on the Left. (The entirety of the wedding will be held at this venue)
You can start RSVPing as soon as you receive your invitation. The sooner you RSVP, the better the bride and groom can plan. Please RSVP by August 1st 2026.
If you don't RSVP by August 1st, you'll be marked as unable to attend. Since the venue has a specific capacity, the bride and groom need to finalize the guest count by this date to ensure they can accommodate everyone properly.
Married couples and all children are welcome. If your invite is only addressed to one person please talk with the bride and groom as they may not have room to accommodate plus ones.
If your invite is addressed to a family name, it means you, your spouse, your adult children, and their children are invited. When you RSVP, you will respond for yourself and your spouse. Your adult children will respond for themselves. If you would like to RSVP for them, you can go back into the RSVP page when you are finished and put their names in. (If you are receiving an invitation with a family name, it is most likely because they did not have addresses for everyone in your family). If you have any questions or are having trouble with it, please let the bride or groom know :)
Absolutely. There will be an area for younger kids to play, snacks, and drinks. The bride and groom want to help make the day as fun and easy as possible for families with children, so please let them know if there is anything they can do to make the day easier for your family.

The ceremony: the first few rows will be reserved for immediate family, grandparents and guests of honor. Feel free to sit anywhere else that suits you. The reception: there will be designated seating with a seating chart available to direct you to your seat!

You may wear whatever you feel comfortable with, but keep in mind that some of the wedding may take place outside. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream. We’re keeping the tradition of reserving white for the bride, and we appreciate you helping make that moment feel special.
