Fifteen rooms have been blocked under Williford-Reamer Wedding for Friday night July 26 and Saturday night July 27, 2019. The rate is $144.49 per night with 12.75% tax of $18.42 per night for a total cost of $162.91 per night. Twelve (12) rooms with 2 double beds and three (3) rooms with king beds have been reserved. Individuals will need to call in by 06/26/2019 and CONFIRM their reservation with a credit card before this date. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any rooms cancelled within this time frame will be billed the amount of one night's room and tax to their personal credit card. All rooms come with a full, hot breakfast buffet served daily from 7am until 10am. Check in time is 5pm and Check out time is 11am.
House Or Rental
We have rented The Overlook Estate located in The Farm in Banner Elk for members of the wedding party. The Farm is a quiet, gated community only two miles from downtown Banner Elk, and less than two miles from the wedding venue. The rental period is from 11AM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 until Sunday morning, July 28, 2019. Those who are able to come to Banner Elk on Thursday, July 25th are welcome. All information regarding check-in, rental agreement rules, and check-out will be provided before arrival. Only seven (7) cars are allowed on the property. If we have more than seven we will park additional vehicles elsewhere.

The closest international airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Charlotte, NC is about two (2) hours from Banner Elk. There are many other smaller airports around the area, but cost may be much higher.
