FAQs

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. We also ask that you kindly refrain from wearing emerald green. We would like our guest to help us create the vision of our wedding and wear jewel tones! Some examples are navy, burgundy, cranberry, plum, peacock, rust, mulberry.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that our guests arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time so you can get settled and are seated in time!

Question

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

The deadline for RSVPs is September 10th. If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by then, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all our vendors in a timely manner.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that were included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation by name.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only children in the wedding party and immediate family attend.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar during the reception. Please be mindful of your drinking and make sure you have transportation lined up for the end of the night! Self-serve alcohol is not permitted during the reception, in accordance with our contract with the venue.

Question

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and turned on silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day. We would hate to have a person’s phone or camera blocking the moments being captures by our photographer. After the ceremony, please feel free use our QR code to take pictures and share with us!

Question

Answer

We’d love for you to share photos after the ceremony, please tag us using #theWrightBass.
