Walking distance from the hotel blocks. Cute shopping center with restaurants, breweries, ice cream, a playground for kids, and an amphitheater.

The Ballantyne Hotel - Great spot for a nice dinner, spa day, or drink on the patio Ballantyne's Village - Restaurants, boutiques, and a family-friendly game show center Ballantyne's Backyard - Perfect park for a walk or run with many trails, benches, ponds, and picnic areas

Carowinds Amusement Park

One of Reagan's favorite places in Charlotte - fun family day (if you like rollercoasters, that is)

Gems of the Queen City

Whitewater Center - trails, grab a bite to eat by the river!
