Shuttle Service

To make your day smooth and stress-free, we’ll have a shuttle running between the hotel, ceremony, and reception. Shuttles will pick up on Lamar Street, located between the Hilton-Americas and the convention center. Please plan to arrive to the pickup location a few minutes early to allow for a timely departure. Hotel to Ceremony Shuttles will depart from the hotel to the ceremony at the following times: 1:30 PM, 1:45 PM, and 2:00 PM Ceremony to Reception Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests to the reception venue. The service will run continuously until all guests have arrived. Hotel to Reception (Post-Ceremony) For guests needing to return to the hotel after the ceremony (e.g., to check in), a shuttle will also run from the hotel to the reception venue at the following times: 4:10pm & 4:30pm Reception to Hotel Shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotel throughout the evening following the reception.

The bridal party will be staying at Hilton Americas–Houston in downtown. While our room block has expired, the hotel still has availability, and there are also plenty of other great hotels nearby!
