FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP here on our website! Please use our online link to let us know if you or your family will be able to make it.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail/formal attire. We invite our guests to dress to impress while keeping comfort in mind for our celebration! Think elegant cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length gowns, and dressy jumpsuits. For gentlemen, suits or dress slacks with a button-down and blazer are perfect; ties are welcome but optional. Please avoid jeans, but your country boots are always welcome! We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best for our special day!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes your guest's name, we’d love for you to bring them! Otherwise, we’re keeping it intimate.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but please only bring your children if they are listed on your invitation/RSVP.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors at The Grand Ivory. We’ll say “I do” in the bright, airy chapel with its floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful countryside views, then celebrate in the elegant white barn just steps away—no weather worries, just plenty of room for dinner, dancing, and fun.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

March in North Texas is usually mild and pleasant, with daytime highs around 65–70°F and cooler evenings in the 40s–50s. The weather can be a little unpredictable, so layers are a good idea—think a light jacket, shawl, or blazer for when the sun goes down. Rain showers are possible this time of year, but don’t worry—we’re celebrating indoors, so we’ll be cozy no matter what Mother Nature decides.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a spacious parking lot located right next to the front entrance of the venue property.

Question

I still have questions—how can I reach you?

Answer

We have an all-things wedding email account you can use: brockandreagan26@gmail.com or you can call either the bride or groom directly!
