Are kids welcome?

Although we love your kiddos, we kindly ask you to leave the little ones at home! Reagan’s taste in music isn’t appropriate for little ears…

Formal attire requested. Dancing is required so dress in something comfortable! :)

We will indicate on the invite if you're able to bring a plus one, and the RSVP section will provide more details.

Yes! On the Travel page of our website you will find the hotels that we have room blocks at.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors, & although we are praying for the perfect weather, Florida can be very unpredictable, so please dress accordingly. The reception will be held indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 1 hour & 20 mins from the venue. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 1 hour & 45 mins from the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for up to 112 guests & is first come first serve. The pickup will be at 3pm at Hampton Inn & Suites Lakeland - South Polk, 3630 Lakeside Village Blvd, Lakeland FL 33803. The transportation will leave the venue at around 10:15pm & drop off at Hampton Inn & Suites Lakeland.
