Dalton and I are so excited and so blessed to be able to have our friends and families all together on our special day. The owner of the venue is a very sweet lady but is also strict about what happens at the venue. Below are some rules I have elaborated on but at the end of the day, please clean up after yourselves, don't leave any children unattended, and please park where the signs are. We can't wait to see you all there!!
No invitations! If you have received a save the date, you and all that were addressed are invited! Please RSVP on the website or call the bride! 3366339005 Also, please let me know if you will be bringing anyone with you so I can get an accurate headcount. I will also be sending out invites via Facebook as a reminder when it gets closer to time!
No. The venue only allows beer and wine and the bride isn't old enough to drink either. Haha! Side note, do not bring your own alcohol either! You will be asked to leave by the venue owner if any is found.
The venue we have chosen is a FARM so there are free range animals there. Long horn cows, potbelly pigs, llamas, and a horse. I think I even saw a duck. The venue owner has made very clear that the animals will not bother us if we don't bother them and they are not a danger to anyone.
No. As the bride and groom, we are allowed to bring our pets if they are included in the wedding but guests pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside of the barn or house. If you must smoke, you may do so outside of the barn. However, DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground. It is considered trash and we will be charged for it. A smoking area with a place to put the trash will be available.
Chewing gum is not allowed inside of the barn. Any gum found under the tables or chairs or outside in the yard will be considered damages and result in the loss of our deposit.
Heck yeah! Let me see your best dance moves! However, keep your shoes ON and do NOT stand on anything other than the floor. That will get us ALL kicked out. Let's have a great time.
By law, the music will need to be turned down to a quiet level by 10pm.
I would recommend not wearing heels! Depending on the weather, it could be muddy (God forbid) or the ground could be soft and you will sink!
During the ceremony, we ask that you do not take any photos. That is why we have hired a photographer. Before and after the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like. We would both love to see the moments that the photographer may not capture!
