Pre-Wedding Shuttle to Venue
3:00 pm
There will be a shuttle taking guests from the Cherry Tree Inn and Suites and The Alexandra Inn to the venue. DETAILS: For guests staying at The Alexandra Inn - please board the Up North Taxi Mini-Vans that will be at The Alexandra Inn. After the ceremony, there will be shuttles for you to take to the reception area. In the evening, please board these same Up North Taxi Mini-Vans for your return trip. For guests staying at The Cherry Tree Inn - please board the Blue Lakes by the Bay shuttle busses. After the ceremony, please re-board these shuttles to be taken to the reception barn. In the evening, please take these same Blue Lakes by the Bay Shuttles for your return trip.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail Attire.
TRANSPORTATION FROM CEREMONY TO RECEPTION: -All cars must be moved from the ceremony location to the reception barn. If you drove to the venue, please do not board the shuttles. We kindly ask that you move your vehicles after the ceremony to the parking area near the reception barn up the hill. -If you took a shuttle or were dropped off, please board the shuttles after the ceremony to be taken to the reception area.
Post-Wedding Shuttle to Hotels
11:00 pm
There will be a shuttle at the end of the reception taking guests back to the Cherry Tree Inn and Suites and The Alexandra Inn. DETAILS: For guests staying at The Alexandra Inn - please board the Up North Taxi Mini-Vans that will be at The Alexandra Inn. After the ceremony, there will be shuttles for you to take to the reception area. In the evening, please board these same Up North Taxi Mini-Vans for your return trip.
