Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP via the pre-stamped envelope that was included in the invitation, or online under the RSVP drop down menu. We ask for your response by March 14th.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather in Miami in April is... well perfect :) April gets the most sunshine and the least amount of rain. The daily maximum temperature averages between 82 and 85°F degrees while the minimum temperature usually falls between 66 and 71°F. You can easily get in a good beach day, but you also might need a light jacket in the evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Let's go with Tropical Cocktail. It only sounds like a Miami themed beverage. Think Havana Nights, but keep it chic. Lose the tie and opt for lighter airier fabrics. All patterns and colors welcome. Ladies, there is a cobblestone courtyard that may be tough in stilettos... you've been warned.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

YES! Please take and posts photos/videos to your heart's content. Make sure to tag #ReadyToViteretti. Note the ceremony will be unplugged. Phone and camera use will not be allowed during this time.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

We wish but, no. The florals are for looks, but please do not walk off with anything! The centerpieces and other materials are rented.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes to all. If you have a specific allergy please alert us ahead of time and we will make the proper accommodations.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will keep you fed and "hydrated"... pretty much at ALL times. The reception will have passed hor d'evours, food stations and a full open bar, and not to mention dessert with one of our favorite sweets.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Mostly outside. However, the venue does provide a rainy day back up plan.

Are you offering transportation? Where should guests park?

Answer

A shuttle service will provided to and from Villa Woodbine. Please note the shuttle will depart and drop off at The Confidante Hotel.
