Their grandmothers served on the PTA at Mendel high school where Karon's father and Sydney's uncles attended, so Sydney loves to say they were destined to be in each other's lives. It's been an endless love affair since they met, and Sydney is forever grateful to have a rock like Karon in her life.

Jennifer is Sydney's amazing big sister. She has been a wonderful source of guidance and mentorship throughout Syd's life. Her generous spirit has also exposed Syd to all the world has to offer through some amazing adventures around the globe.

Amanda is Sydney's younger cousin, but is really more like a little sister. Their fathers are the "bookends" of Katie's kids, so Manda and Syd have grown up experiencing all the Cohn family traditions together and have evolved into best of friends as adults now.

No! I know what you’re thinking, that’s not Jason Derulo. But that is Ryan’s best friend and road dawg since they were 14 years old. Nkosane currently resides in Vancouver but was born and raised in Montréal. The two have been the best of friends for years and have managed to stay tight since their teenage years. Growing from boys to men and sticking together through thick & thin, Nkosane once again has Ryan’s back for this next big chapter in this journey of life.

Ronnie has been one of Sydney's best friends since high school. When Sydney moved to LA, Ronnie and Ryan quickly became friends and immediately bonded over their shared middle name, Darnell. The rest was history and R2D2 was born. Their friendship has also evolved into a business partnership and the two now share a thriving comedy business that produces shows across LA every month.

Ryan and Roup first crossed paths at Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Ryan and Roup’s bond began on the basketball court, but blossomed into a true friendship as they navigated life on a tricky campus. Continuing their brotherhood into adulthood, they have stayed close despite living on opposite sides of the country. Roup is the early favorite for best dancer at the wedding and will take on any challengers once the reception rolls around.
