Is there a dress code?

We encourage guests to embrace our theme of Lord of the Rings in whatever way they feel comfortable—think flowy fabrics, floral accents, and ethereal colors. Although wedding formal attire is exceptional, too!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There's a parking lot in front of the venue.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside on the lower level.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and budget constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The only hotel shuttle available is the one provided by Comfort Inn that's connected with our hotel block.
