Peyton's perspective: Kaylee and I met in Spanish class at Tennessee Tech University in 2014. We remained friends through college, and both ended up taking jobs in Nashville, TN after graduation. Kaylee and I hit it off watching the Nashville Predators make their Stanley Cup run in 2017. We also connected through similar interest like listening to Chris Stapleton and exploring local breweries in the Nashville area.

Kaylee's perspective: Peyton was leaving soon for a golf trip and wanted to take me on a date before he left. He called me in the middle of the day and said my favorite sushi restaurant only had a nine o'clock reservation so we could go to a steak house instead at five thirty. I suggested take out from the sushi restaurant but Peyton insisted we go out. Once we arrived at Stables steakhouse we were seated at a booth and Peyton looked at me, said “you ask too many questions, but now I have one". I was shocked and couldn't believe what was happening but I happily said yes!
