Jonathan and Michelle met while working at Percepta. Both were recent transplants to Florida from the north (him from Long Island, her from Detroit). One day he convinced her to go to catch a movie "just as friends". The rest is history.

Jonathan planned a family vacation to one of the couple's favorite places: St. Augustine. He took the family to the Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States. After a long (and sweaty) tour of the castle, he got down on one knee and asked Michelle to marry him. (She said 'Yes'!)
