We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than February 19, 2025.

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a hotel room block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton - Phoenix Downtown North. The rate is $269 + tax per night. To book visit the website or call (602) 222-1111 and request a room under the Nelson & Reiner Wedding block. Visit the Travel page of our website for more information and direct website link. Please book rooms prior to February 19, 2025. *After February 19, 2025 rate and rooms can not be guaranteed available.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate everyone. If there is someone in your party that is not on your invite, please reach out. We appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate our special day.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, kids are welcome to celebrate with us! Anyone over the age of 2 will need to be included in our total guest count so please RSVP accordingly.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi Formal. Please wear something that you feel confident and comfortable in. No shades of white. Even though it is Arizona, it does get chilly in the evenings, consider bringing a jacket.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM MST. Please arrive early to find your seats and enjoy a drink! Reminder: It is a Monday very close to rush hour plan accordingly while traveling to the venue. Thanks!

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes, there is parking onsite at the venue. Overnight parking is permitted, but the venue does have locked gates, in order to pick up cars, arrangements must be made.

What transportation is available to and from the venue?
Answer
Uber and Lyft are the most common forms of transportation that can be taken anywhere in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Download the apps to book and schedule rides in advance.
