Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered with Zola.com!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal or optional formal attire.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation and save the date included your significant other’s name or a “plus one”, then please bring them! We want them there to celebrate with us.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We plan to keep our wedding intimate, therefore only children who are first cousins or close relatives are asked to attend. So call the babysitter and enjoy your night out!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Abbey Resort and Spa will be accommodating our guests. We ask that all guests call: 1-800-709-1323 and identify themselves as part of the Pirc-Russo Wedding Party, or group code # 11G8UF. *Individual deposits equal to first nights room and tax will be required at this time.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Abbey Resort. There is a large parking lot for guests.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. If you choose to stay at the Abbey Resort, you can simply walk back to your room at the end of the night!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please join us for an end of the weekend breakfast Monday morning from 9:30-11:30 AM in the Porto room!

Question

What precautions will be in place in lieu of Covid-19?

Answer

Due to the pandemic we decided to move our wedding to September 6, 2020. We have decided to narrow our guest list to immediate family, wedding party, and childhood friends for now. All staff members will be wearing masks for your safety. We will be having a plated dinner service to assure no one other than your server will come in contact with your food. In addition, we are trying to seat no more than 6 guests at a table and plan to keep families together. We do still plan to have a dance floor. However, if you feel uncomfortable with this we understand and invite you to watch the fun from your seat! Lastly a large majority of our wedding is planned to be outdoors which allows for more spacing of guests. We hope you are still as excited as we are! Your health and safety are important to us.
