We grew up just a few miles away from each other and attended Herzl camp at similar times for nearly a decade, but we never really met until the summer of 2018. Through some clever scheming, we ended up being paired together to lead a camper activity the next day. It felt less like a typical camper program and more like the most awkward first date imaginable. It was humid, mosquitoes were attacking, and campers were running wild, yet...something clicked. We spent the next many years doing long distance - often driving fourteen hours round-trip just to spend a weekend together. We tried our best to see each other, but we were living across the country and sometimes around the world from one another. Regardless, something about it always felt worthwhile. Eventually, Dante packed up his life, loaded his car, and drove across the country to move in with Leah in Arizona. Since then, we’ve shared six apartments across four states, raised our endlessly spoiled dog, Bromley, and have built an amazing life in New York City. What started as a mosquito-filled night in the middle of Wisconsin turned into something neither of us could have imagined - and now we can’t wait to spend forever together. 
 Nothing in this story would have been possible without our supporting cast - all of you. You were there to pick us up when long-distance was getting hard, supported us in our many moves, and have surrounded us with love and affection our entire lives. We are immensely grateful that you will be joining us to celebrate the love that you helped to foster.
