We’re getting married!

Brian and I never had an exact anniversary date of when we started dating but it is around the Thanksgiving to Christmas time. We were coming up on two years. Two years of learning, growing and loving. I kept hinting to Brian that my ring finger could use some sparkle and I had shown that I can live up to what it means to become a Riedel. That whole week he kept joking with me "that could be the outfit you are wearing to get proposed in?". Of course changing my outfit 100 times after that I would finally be ready to go the grocery store. That Saturday morning I asked if we could go hike at our favorite spot. It would be Hank's (our second dog) first time hiking there, a warmer day in December and a chance to get out of the house. Once we hiked up to our half way point with a beautiful view of the Sesquehanna River I wanted to take a picture. Brian set up the camera while I got the dogs camera ready. Brian then got down on one knee and asked to spend the rest of our lives together. It truly took me by surprise, as I did not know he had a ring yet, but it was the easiest "YES". We can't wait to celebrate our wedding day with you!
