You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please choose "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that your plans have changed and are now unable to make it, please notify the bride (816-898-4700) and/or groom (785-643-3358) as soon as possible so we can make the proper changes.

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests that have not RSVP'd. We need to give our vendors and the venue exact guest counts by a certain date. We will be sending out multiple reminders but please try and RSVP as soon as possible.

Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm, please Plan to arrive about 15-30 minutes before then to find a seat.

There is free parking at the venue. There is a large parking lot on the side of the venue that is available. Please don't park directly in front of the venue as that space is reserved for our loved ones that might need to be dropped off a little closer to the entrance.

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire/semi-formal attire. Think nice slacks, polos or button up shirts, or dresses. Please refrain from wearing jeans.

Ceremony starts at 5pm Cocktail hour is from 5:30pm to 6:30pm Reception is 6:30pm to 11:30pm

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that once the ceremony begins that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

How can I contribute to your registry / honeymoon fund?How can I contribute to your registry / honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is you being present with us on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to either fund, please click the "registry" tab up above to do so. You are also more than welcome to leave a gift/card on our card box table at the ceremony.

Yes, we have a room block for guests at the Hilton Garden Inn and there is a direct link for that under the "Travel" tab. If we get at least 10 rooms booked they will also provide transportation for our guests to and from the venue!

Is the sky blue? Yes there will be an open bar.

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be on a covered patio and reception will be indoors with the option to go onto the patio.

Yes, the main floor where the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held is all handicap accessible.
