When should i rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 2nd, 2026. Formal wedding invitations will be mailed 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. When you receive your invitation, please respond at least 4 weeks before the wedding date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest that you arrive by 4:00pm. If you are located in the Indianapolis area, please make sure you give yourself enough time to commute to Greencastle. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. If you are late, you will not be able to be seated for the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. To allow our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. The only children in attendance will be our ring bearers and flower girl. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. We would like our guest to wear different shades of brown. For example, a dark brown suit or a light brown dress. You are also welcomed to wear blush pink and neutral colors. Gold accessories are ideal for the color palette.

Can I bring a date?

We're keeping our guest list very limited, so we aren't able to accommodate additional guests not listed on your formal invitation. We hope you understand and still come celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on site for the ceremony and reception.

Can I bring my own liquor?

Answer

No. The venue does NOT allow any outside alcoholic beverages to be present on the premises. Parking lot included. Violators of this policy will be fined $1,500 by Owl Ridge and you will also have to deal with Gerald when he's not in a good mood. However, we are having an open bar so outside alcohol won't be necessary : )
