We're getting married!

James loves to tell this story by explaining that we met on the bus in middle school and he knew it was just true love. Because ironically, we both grew up in Coventry, RI around the corner from one another. The only flaw in this story is I didn't take the bus to school.... SO.. we actually met at Johnson & Wales University! its funny how a Fashion Merchandising major and a Culinary Arts major could end up in the same computer class, but we're both so happy we did :) ... the rest is history they say!

James proposed at Al Forno in Providence, RI! Me being me, I insisted we sit at the bar that night- order apps and cocktails, I wanted a "casual" night. I of course had no idea what was actually planned that evening. Thankfully, James wore me down and we were able to snag the last two-top table seated outside. JJ got down on one knee in the middle of the patio and asked our waiter to take as many photos as he could. I was so surprised, I wasn't even able to touch my dessert ... which says a lot!!! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Boston!!
