Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage you to wear semi-formal attire; suits and floor-length dresses are welcome, and so are cocktail dresses. We would LOVE to see you in bright colors! The ceremony will take place outside, and the reception will be in an open air hall. There will also be some outdoor games (basketball, volleyball, lawn games). If you want to bring extra shoes for those activities, please do!

Although we love your little ones, we have chosen for this to be an adults-only event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Guests can arrive at 3:30 pm, while the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm! There is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony sight, so please give yourself ample time to get seated. If you have prearranged to stay overnight at the venue, you may arrive at 2:00pm to get your accommodations situated.

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
We are excited to have two of our favorite food trucks serving dinner! Guests will be able to choose from delicious BBQ and Mexican options, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Come hungry!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?
Answer
Our Mexican food truck can accommodate most dietary restrictions. If you noted any dietary needs when you RSVP, we've got you covered! If your needs have changed, please let us know before the wedding!

Can I bring my own drinks?

We've got you covered! We'll be providing a full open bar with professional bartenders throughout the reception, so please leave any outside alcohol at home. We can't wait to raise a glass with you!

Can I bring a camper to the venue?
Answer
Yes! You will need to let Emily and Ashton know no later than August 23, 2026 if you would like to bring and sleep in your camper. Keep in mind, there is NO electrical or sewer hook-up. It is $75 a night per camper. Campers will park in the same location as the cars.

We reserved a block of rooms at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norwich-Plainfield-Casino for guests. Please click on the "Travel" tab for more details, including other hotels nearby! Only those who have prearrange with Emily and Ashton by August 23rd will be able to stay on the property overnight.
