Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, due to capacity restrictions our venue can only accommodate the names listed under your RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There is a space under your RSVP to list any allergies; please let us know!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a roundtrip shuttle from each hotel. Please be sure to let us know which hotel you will be staying at so we can ensure enough seats. The shuttles need to leave promptly as the venue is approximately a half hour from the hotels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has a designated parking area as well as a passenger drop off and handicap parking. Please note the venue does NOT allow cars to be left overnight. We want everyone to have fun and be safe, so we highly recommend taking advantage of the shuttles or getting a rideshare (Uber or Lyft).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15 to ensure we can have everyone seated prior to the ceremony. NOTE: the venue is approximately a half hour without traffic from downtown Charleston.
