Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event, with few exceptions, so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes beforehand.
We have reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn located in downtown Williamsport (~15 minutes to the venue). You will find a link to book a room at the group rate on the "Travel" page or call and mention the Fetter/Shuman wedding.
Yes! There is plenty of parking on site. Cars can be left overnight if needed.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a shuttle. There is limited uber/lyft availability in the area and they often will not travel up the mountain, please carpool, designate a driver and/or drink responsibly! Cars can be left at the venue overnight if needed.
Semi-formal attire, please! The venue does not recommend wearing stiletto style shoes given some variable terrain and we recommend bringing a light jacket as temperatures can drop in the evening. For those who stress about the colors of the wedding party, they will be wearing an earthy green color.
We are requesting an "unplugged" ceremony. Please take as many photos as your heart desires after the ceremony!
There is a designated area for smoking cigarettes that must be obliged by per the venue.
The majority of events will take place outdoors on a covered patio. There will be two fires and heaters will be provided if it is chilly.
Beer, wine, one signature cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! The remainder of the bar is available as a cash bar.
