when should i rsvp by?

we kindly ask that all rsvps be sent in no later than friday, september 13th on our wedding website.

are kids welcome?

yes! we welcome all invited guests’ children to join us.

what time should i arrive at the venue?

Answer

please arrive to the venue no later than 3:30 pm so that we may start the ceremony on time and uninterrupted.

are you registered? where?

Answer

your presence to our wedding is gift enough, but if you would like to gift the couple a contribution to our honeymoon fund would really make our day, but we are also registered on amazon (linked in the registry tab on our website).

is there parking at the venue?

yes, there is parking available along the driveway of the property.

i’m visiting from out of town, do you have any hotel recommendations?

we have reserved hotel blocks for your convenience! please feel free to look into the travel tab for more information.

is there a dress code?

Answer

we ask that guests arrive in semi-formal or cocktail attire. please, no jeans or running shoes. please note: the venue is outside on grass and possible uneven terrain. please wear shoes that you can safely walk in!

will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with covered tents. please plan accordingly.

what type of food and drink will be at the reception? what do i do if i have dietary restrictions/allergies?

our wedding is entirely vegan, no exceptions. if you have any allergies or restrictions (such as nuts), please reach out to either bex or rc and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. beer and wine will be served at the reception, along with nonalcoholic options.

can i take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

we do ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony - we have hired a wonderful photographer to do that for us, and we are more than happy to share those photos after the wedding! when the reception comes, please take as many pictures as your hearts desire.
