FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding on Sunday will be Formal Attire. We invite guests to wear suits or jackets with ties and long or midi-length dresses or other dressy attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of cream or white. Welcome Reception: Western cocktail! Jeans may be worn for this event on Saturday only.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding small and intimate, so your invitation is just for you (unless it says otherwise). If a plus-one is included, wonderful - we’d love to see them! If not, we hope you’ll still join us and help make the day special. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re keeping the celebration adults-only. Though we adore your little ones, we hope you'll take this chance for a date night, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with friends and family!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:40–4:45 PM. This gives you time to settle in and enjoy the beginning of the ceremony without rushing.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty! There will be attendants/clear signage on where to park.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After we give final numbers to our vendors, we likely won’t be able to make changes to meals, seating, or other details. Please RSVP by March 31st to make sure you’re included in the plans.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Stoney Ridge Villa in Azle, Texas. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Question

What do I do if I can not make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
