Please DO NOT take any photos during the ceremony, as we value and respect our photographer and videographer's ability and creativity. You are more than welcome to take photos/videos at all other times. We would love your perspective from the night, though! What should I wear?

Answer

This event is semi-formal. There are areas of grass, rocks, and dirt you will be walking on, as well as a little hill. High, pointed heels are highly discouraged. If you would like to match the aesthetic of the day, the color black is highly encouraged! Please note: there will be large dogs present at the ceremony as they are part of the family.

The only children invited to this gathering are those participating in the wedding ceremony, thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We have rented vans so you don't have to worry about drinking and driving. It is about a thirty minute ride from the hotel to the Ray Ranch. To be put on the list, please answer the question at the bottom of your Ceremony RSVP. Departure times will be relayed to you closer to the wedding, most likely around 4:00pm.

Only if you have a plus one attached to your invitation. Otherwise, only those listed on the envelope are invited.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, followed by a dinner indoors. Plan for any and all weather conditions, it's Idaho.

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Seating will open at 4:30pm (unless you are coming on the shuttle), with the ceremony promptly starting at 5pm.
