Things To Do

Since there will be a short gap between the Ceremony and Reception, we'd love you to take this opportunity to get to know our city from our point of view. We've included some of our favorite coffee shops, bars, parks, and more to help you pass the time while we snap some pics.

Pachamama Coffee

3644 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95816

Many mornings are spent wandering to this shop and enjoying excellent espresso. It is hands down, our favorite and most treasured coffee spot in Sacramento.

Bonn Lair

3651 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95816

A special Old English Bar in our neighborhood. We found ourselves touring the community and wound up here after a welcome recommendation from the neighborhood's resident bartender, Matt T.

McKinley Park

601 Alhambra Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95816

A lovely park and library; a staple of our neighborhood and a favored site for a stroll.

Time Tested Books

1114 21st Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

A beloved used book store and staple of Sacramento.

The Mercantile Saloon

1928 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

This bar is the home of many fond memories with friends in Sacramento's Lavender District - plus our favorite street meat vendor for after-hours snacking.

Scout Living

1215 18th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

A loved vintage furniture store that is great to peruse. Have we ever purchased anything here? Heck no, it's too expensive, but we love to wander and imagine the possibilities.

For all the days along the way
