We're getting married!

We met in 2015 and even though we lived on separate ends of San Diego, we couldn't bear to be apart. Both of us knew almost immediately that there was something truly special between us. We dated for three years commuting by car, bus, and train just to see one another once a week. A favorite activity of ours was always to go to Disneyland and go on as many rides as we could. As time passed, we became more familiar with each other's family until we were each welcome at any and all family gatherings. We always knew that our relationship would blossom into something greater and in 2018 we took the leap and moved into an apartment together. It was a rocky time adjusting but seeing each other every day was well worth it. While both of us attended college and worked full time, there were times when we only saw each other in passing but we always made time for date night at Dave and Buster's and Buffalo Wild Wings. Through pandemics, family deaths, bad days, and worse, we were always there for each other to lend an ear and a shoulder to lean on. In 2021, on a family trip to Catalina Island, Devin asked Hailey to marry him, and she said yes! We are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together and cannot wait to share this special occasion with you.
