When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date and/or my kids?

Answer

If they are not specifically invited, we unfortunately do not have enough seating. Although, you may message us before the RSVP date to see if we can make accommodations. Any requests after the RSVP date will be denied as our guest count will be finalized with the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking directly in front of Millcreek Inn, and more parking across the street. Please keep in mind that the wedding is being held in a national forest, so we recommend carpooling where possible since there may be campers/hikers taking up some parking space. Millcreek Canyon also charges a $5 daily fee per vehicle at the toll booth upon exiting the canyon.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both- Millcreek Inn has both indoor and outdoor seating. Depending on the weather, the ceremony area may be uncovered for the best views of the surrounding forest, or it may be covered with a large tent and insulated with heaters. The reception will be indoors and outdoors, again, either open or covered by a tent depending on the weather. Either way, you will be warm and dry!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes- we ask that everyone wear semi-formal attire for photos. We request that you wear warm colors (like white, yellow, orange, red) for Kassandra, and cool colors (blue, black, purple) for Rayne to fit our sun and moon theme. If you do not have the proper attire (casual wear), we unfortunately will have to ask you to step aside as we take any photos, but you are still welcome to stay for the reception and food. Please also be aware that the wedding is in a forest/canyon- weather in Utah can be volatile and we do not know if there will be snow. Due to limited parking, please plan for shoes that can withstand snow and uneven terrain in case weather conditions are not perfect so you can make it inside without any incidents!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Please let us know as soon as possible if you have an allergy so we can adjust our menu with the venue.
