What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm - 4:45pm! We will stick to the schedule and start at 5:00pm for the wedding ceremony

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Sanctuary parking lot fits around 90-100 cars and there is additional street parking. All parking is FREE.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

Keg beer is yours for the taking and totally free! We plan to have at least 3 kegs, so please come thirsty! If you're looking for other booze - shots, mixed drinks, etc. that will be available at the cash bar, but that will be on you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Only for the ClubHouse Hotel & Suites. No shuttle service offered from the Radisson Blu as it is within walking distance of the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but** please refer to your RSVP invitation. We made the tough decision to limit children invitations to immediate family members and bridal party members. If you have any questions at all on your RSVP, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Where do I need to go for the ceremony, dinner, and reception?

Answer

All events will be held at Sanctuary Events Center! The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Level 2, and the dinner will take place on Level 1. Ceremony - 5:00pm Cocktail Hour - 5:30pm Dinner - 6:30pm Reception - 8:00pm
