Holiday Inn Express & Suites Middletown - Goshen

We will be using Holiday Inn Express & Suites Middletown - Goshen Please use the code "PKW", while booking your room within our specified block by either calling Central Reservations or booking online and entering the code in the “Group Code” field. CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT: The Hotel’s check-in time is technically 3:00PM. We are asking our guests to show up to the hotel early (2pm at the latest) since our ceremony will be starting at 3:30PM. The hotel will accommodate early check-in based upon availability. If the they cannot accommodate it, luggage storage will be offered. We will be having a Shuttle service to transport guests staying at the hotel. It can fit 44 people MAX. Seating is limited. The shuttle will depart at 2:30pm to the venue. The shuttle will be picking up guests and taking them back to the hotel at 8pm and at 9pm The Hotel’s check-out time is 11:00AM. CUTOFF DATE: The hotel will reserve all of the rooms in the block until Monday August 8, 2022. We recommend booking your hotel room sooner rather than later due to limited availability.
