As it gets closer we will update this page with the info on the Air B n B that we will be staying at and hosting some of the events.
For our overnight guest we recommend looking into a hotel or Air B n B as well. I can list a few hotels in the area that are more reasonably priced. I always find the best prices listed on websites like Priceline.com etc instead of booking directly with the hotels. The links below will take you directly to the hotel website so you can view them. Please look into the details, amenities, parking, and reviews for we have not stayed at all of these hotels.
Also once we have a full guest list of everyone planning on coming we can try to coordinate getting everyone at the same places (Air B n B/ Hotel) or just all close by.
