Treasure Island Park

Top of World Trailhead at Alta Laguna Park
[Hike] This is the park to go to as the trailhead of the Top of the World Vista Point and trailhead. We frequently take the dogs on the Canyon Acres trailhead as well as the West Ridge hike for something a little easier. Great views of Laguna Canyon as well as downtown Laguna Beach
Aliso Peak Trail
[Hike] Short, and somewhat steep hike, but beautiful views of the beach, downtown and even a par 3 course from the top! No parking lot, you will have to find parking in the neighborhood.
Strands Beach
[Scenic Walk] This beach is spacious, with plenty of parking and a nice paved walkway along the beach. There is a furnicular cable car you can take down to the beach as well!
Black Star Canyon Falls Trailhead
[Hike] A different side of Southern California. The first part of this hike is a simple flat trail; trekking all the way to the waterfall will require you to get a bit wet and dusty and require quite a bit of bouldering. Definitely a fun and moderately challenging hike. The waterfall at the end is a bit anti climatic but overall a solid hike to do once. Will take about half the day to do this full hike; approximately 10 miles.
Los Rios Street Historic District
[Shopping/Food] Lots of new development, restaurants, petting zoo, breweries in the area, as well as historic cottages and a cute tea house!
High Tide Coffee San Clemente
[Coffee/Small Bites] Cute local coffee shop within walking distance of the venue!
Urth Caffe
[Restaurant] One of our favorite cafes. It gets quite busy, and the line is long!
Nook Coffee Bar
[Coffee Shop] One of our favorite coffee spots! It's a bit out of the way in terms of where our venue is but for coffee snobs, we would say its worth the drive. Located in The Lab, a cute and artsy spot for locally-owned shops & food spots. The Camp, across the street, is similar and both are great for small, local shopping!
Mayfield
[Restaurant] Modern twist on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. Flavorful, fresh and delicious selection of food!
Ruin Bar
[Cocktail Bar] Eclectic "speakeasy" bar that we love. Great selection of cocktails!
Jane
[Cocktail Bar] Great speakeasy that we came to for our anniversary! Intimate vibe, with a great selection of cocktails.
Momoku No Usagi
[Cocktail Bar] Great Speakeasy with Japanese inspired decor and flavors!
Selanne Steak Tavern
[Restaurant] One of the best steakhouses in south Orange County. If you have a large enough appetite and party, definitely try the Lord Stanley!
