WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF DATE FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Please reserve your hotel room by May 8, 2026. You can access the site by clicking "view" on the hotel tab. If you call the hotel directly, please inform them that you are member of the Oliver Celebration group. If you cannot access the link and/or the group rate does not come up, please reach out to us before May 8th.

CAN I EXTEND A DAY IN MY HOTEL ROOM

Yes, you can book your hotel room a day before 6/5/26 and/or a day after 6/7/26 at the discounted rate. Please note that the dates must be included at the time the reservation is made

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE/GUEST

As much as we would love to welcome everyone, our venue can only accommodate a limited number of guests. If you did not include your plus-one on the RSVP, please refrain from inviting unexpected guests. We appreciate your kindness and understanding

No, this will be an adult only event

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE

We ask that everyone arrive no earlier than 5:45pm so that we can ensure the venue is setup completely.

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS

Yes, there will be select vegetarian options, however, please reach out to Mona or Chris to inform if you have any allergies

WILL THERE BE "SPIRITED" DRINKS AVAILABLE
Answer
Yes, although Chris and Mona do not drink, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy. Each guest will receive 2 drink tickets, which we kindly ask you to use within the first hour. After that time, the bar will be open for general service. Please note, once the liquor is gone, the bar will be closed.

Women - Do I need to bring a pair of flats
Answer
We recommend bringing a pair of comfortable flats, as there will be plenty of movement and dancing throughout the evening.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE
Answer
Yes, there is adequate parking around the venue.
Question
CAN WE LINGER AFTER 10 PM
Answer
No, we have to allow time for the venue to be cleaned and cleared out from 10pm to 11pm, therefore, everyone must vacate the venue before or by 10pm unless you are assisting with the cleanup
