What should I wear?

Great question! We know it will be hot and understand that people want to be comfortable. However, we hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you have all devices put away for the ceremony, we have an incredible photographer who will capture those special moments and we do not want rogue phones or cameras in the photos. However, please take and post all the photos you’d like during the reception! #Jessesgirlsaidyes

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Oh la la! In order to keep our guest list on track and our venue within code and policy, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail or text us with any questions!

Where are you registered at?

Answer

Thank you for asking! We are registered at Target and Macy's. However, we would love a gift of cash toward our future home fund so we can hopefully purchase a home next year. Whatever you're comfortable with, we greatly appreciate. Your presence to help us celebrate our marriage is the best gift possible!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

YES! We want everyone to dance, drink, and celebrate with us! However, no hard alcohol will be allowed. You will be asked to leave if you have alcohol brought in from off property. We do not want our bar or our wedding shut down and we know you don’t either! So we kindly ask that you behave and drink responsibly. There will be plenty of wine, beer, and cider!

Can we request songs?

Answer

Absolutely! Please send a text, email or message and we will let our DJ know. They will not have internet service on site so requests must be made ahead of time.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Nope! Most everyone is from the Portland area, however we have listed a variety of places to stay for the weekend, all within 20 minutes and at reasonable rates. We are staying at the Best Western in Newberg, if you prefer to stay where we will be and get brunch with us the next day!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

It is a completely outdoor venue. If you are afraid of the elements, please dress accordingly and bring an umbrella. Rain is not expected and we will not be renting a tent last minute-though we will be Providing some shelter just in case.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Answer

Nope. We are sorry, however we are doing a Buffett style dinner and there is no room for those accommodations in the menu. If you absolutely need something due to allergies, please reach out and we can ask for a single meal from our caterer or arrange for an alternative.

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yep! Open and free parking on site, we strongly encourage carpooling as the space may get limited!

Are there any colours you would prefer me not to wear?

Answer

White. As that’s just socially unacceptable. Otherwise go wild. Or don’t. It’s your choice.

Is there a smoking area?

Answer

Technically yes. It’s at the far back corner of the parking lot about 100 feet away. Cigarettes only, no other substances are legally allowed on this property.
