When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that everyone arrive no later than 4:15, as we wish to begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to wear something semi-formal. Think elegant but comfortable: dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks and a button down, or a two-piece suit. Please note that the ceremony is outside on grass, so we recommend flat shoes or wedges.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception indoors. For those with mobility needs, golf carts will be available to help with transportation between the two spots at Olympic View.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. There will be a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items at the dinner buffet, so you are free to eat whatever looks good to you! However, if you have an allergy or dietary restriction that you would like communicated to the kitchen, please let us know.

Is there parking?`

Yes! There is a large parking lot at Olympic View, with free parking.

What type of bar will there be?

There will be a cash bar that also accepts credit cards.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

Due to Olympic View's policies, as well as BC Liquor Law, no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. Please note that Olympic View also doesn't allow any recreational drugs on site. If either of these policies aren't followed, the wedding could be immediately shut down, so we appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
