We officially met in October 2018. Our very first date was October 2021 at Dave & Buster’s, where we played a game of billiards — the deal was that whoever lost would buy dinner. Let’s just say... I won (lol). Our love story has been a rollercoaster of laughter, joy, sadness, anger, hope, and above all, love. Through the ups and downs, we learned that no matter what challenges come our way, we can overcome them — as long as we face them together. On May 28th, 2024, Israel proposed to me in front of the breathtaking Hokan-Ji Temple in Kyoto, Japan (the Gion District). He had planned every detail, even going as far as involving my family so they could witness the moment with us. It was surreal — beautiful, unexpected, emotional — everything I had ever dreamed of and more. Saying "I do" is something I’ve dreamed about for as long as I can remember, and now that it’s becoming a reality, it feels so magical. Sharing this special moment with our family and friends is going to make it all the more meaningful and unforgettable.
