Getting to The Orchard Please be at the front of The Society Hotel by 2:45 PM. The shuttles will be in the parking lot, departing promptly at 3:00 PM. Arrival at The Orchard is scheduled for approximately 3:15 PM. Returning to The Society Hotel There are three return options from The Orchard at the end of the night: 9:15 PM departure from The Orchard → arrive at The Society around 9:30 PM 9:45 PM departure from The Orchard → arrive at The Society around 10 PM 10 PM departure from The Orchard → brief stop in Hood River → arrive at The Society around 10:20 PM

Returning to The Society The shuttle back to Hood River departs The Orchard at 10 PM. It will arrive in downtown Hood River at 10:15 PM

Venue parking at The Orchard is limited, so we recommend parking at one of the shuttle pickup locations and riding the shuttle to the venue: The Society Hotel (210 Cedar St, Cook, WA) Columbia Parking Lot (607 Columbia St, Hood River, OR) Please arrive by 2:45 PM at either location. Shuttles will transport guests directly to the venue and return guests to the pickup locations at the end of the evening.
