Are kids welcome?
Answer
We're thrilled to celebrate our special day with you. We understand how important your children are, but only those in the wedding party are invited. Please take this time to enjoy a child-free night!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes. We will provide transportation for hotel guests to and from the ceremony. If you are making alternative accommodation plans, please also see our information on transportation.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held at The Conservatory. Weather permitting the ceremony will be in the courtyard outdoors so please plan appropriately.

Is the wedding site handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes. The Conservatory site is all one level with no stairs required and minimal walking distance to all events. If you should require closer pick up/drop off please let us know so we can arrange with our venue.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We really took our time curating the list of those most important to us be able to attend. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP for number of allotted guests.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm (1600). Please allow enough time for parking and locating your seat. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before we say "I do".

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away. Our amazing photographer Taylor will be there to capture this special moment and we will make sure this is an opportunity for everyone's photos after the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail: Dressy, but slightly more relaxed. Men are invited to wear suits; women wear knee-length or midi dresses.

How can I share the photos I took at the wedding?
Answer
If you are uploading any of your photos to social media, please use our hashtag #FelipeForever. Also we will have QR codes available for photos to be digitally uploaded.
Question
Will there be parking at the Venue?
Answer
Yes! The venue has a large parking lot for wedding guests. The venue will allow overnight parking for wedding guests, vehicles should be removed promptly the following morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We are working with an incredible caterer who can accommodate food allergies. Please inform the bride & groom when you RSVP.
Question
What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
Colors of the bridal party will be Cabernet, so please avoid this color. Halloween costumes NOT allowed, security will be on standby.
