This hotel is located in Hailey, which is about 30min from the wedding venue. Located closest to the Sun Valley airport, this is the most convenient spot for those flying in late at night or leaving early in the morning. The shuttle to the venue will not pick up from this hotel.
Travel Note
Airbnbs and other rental houses are great options in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area. If you choose to go this route, please keep in mind that shuttles to and from the venue will only pick up and drop off guests at the hotels mentioned above.
Flight
The Sun Valley Airport (located in Hailey, Idaho) is the closest airport to Sun Valley, but has the most limited flight availability. Typically, there is one flight in per airline, per day. Located just 15 miles (about 25min) from Ketchum, the Sun Valley Airport offers flights from a limited number of cities and limited airlines including Alaska, Delta, and United. If you decide to rent a car from this airport we would recommend you do so early, as supply is limited. Most hotels do provide a free shuttle to and from the Sun Valley airport.
Flight
Boise is the furthest airport from Sun Valley, but would have the largest flight availability. Located 152 miles (about 2 1/2 hours) from Ketchum, the Boise Airport offers flights from most major airlines including Delta, American, United, and Southwest. We would definitely recommend renting a car if you choose to fly into this airport.

If you are a Delta airlines- loyalist, Twin Falls is a great option for you. Located 85 miles (just under 2 hours) from Ketchum, the Twin Falls Airport offers flights from only Delta Airlines. We would definitely recommend renting a car if you choose to fly into this airport.
